REFUNDS
Gift cards cannot be redeemed as cash or extended beyond the expiration date. All service sales and gift certificate sales are non-refundable.
7 DAYS SERVICE WARRANTY
Your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not satisfied with your services within 7 days of your original service, please call us to schedule a free repair. You MUST notify us and return within the 7 days, otherwise a repair fee will be charged.
Online Appointments
Online appointment and party appointment's deposits are non-refundable. We encourage you to arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment for the best experience.
